I love that the UK is offering so many alcohol free options! I know of a few good ones here, too.

Regarding music, I do use different playlists depending on the season, how many people I’ve invited, and what the occasion is 🍾🥳😍

I aspire to being timeline-organised, I know you’re right and it would save so much stress (and for the rest of my family, who anticipate the pre-arrival panic and spin from me with trepidation! 🫠😅) Love your suggestions for working back, and allowing for buffers on all fronts. And yes 🙌🙌 absolutely to the offering of interesting alcohol free options - here in the UK, the whole a-f market is booming and more shelves are being given space to 0% options of classic drinks, from beers to spritzes, g&ts to Guinness!! And they are improving all the time. At hours, what seems to make the biggest difference in setting a mood and festive atmosphere, and also helping people to relax and feel welcome, is music. I’d love to know what pics you choose for entertaining in different genres and to suit different occasions! Can’t wait for the Hors d’o ideas!💡💗🎉

Oh I love this!! Particularly labeling dishes in advance to know what food goes into what dish. This helps a lot for Thanksgiving and Christmas when there tends to be more on the menu. Thank you for your tried and true tips, this is a great way to gear up to inviting people into your home xx
