Natalie's Notebook- November Recap
Your holiday "yes" list, some comfy boots, and an easy pie
This monthly newsletter is not just about recommendations, interesting articles, recipes, and fun finds; it's about sharing a part of my life with you. When I write these, I like to imagine we are meeting in person for coffee or a glass of wine to chat. So, pour yourself a drink, find somewhere comfortable to sit, and let’s get caught up. ☺️
November Chit Chat 🍁
It’s wild to think I’m recapping November, and Christmas is just weeks away. As I began to jot down the highlights from November, I realized how full it was of activities. Last month was a wonderful one, and I’m so thankful. I’ve included some photos from both the highlights and the regular days. 🙂
Here are my November highlights:
I attended a baby shower for my dear friend and cannot wait for her baby’s birth!
Tony won a local election, and we celebrated!
I went with my book club to see Anne Lamott.
Tony and I toured the amazing Clark Estate, Bellosguardo.
Tony and I took our son and daughter-in-law to see Beauty and the Beast at our local theater, and the performance was excellent!
We toured a winery estate with friends and then had lunch at a new-to-me Thai restaurant.

Everyday Loves
I bought these water-resistant Chelsea boots (now on sale!) last year and can attest to their durability and comfort. I’ve walked for miles in these boots and stood for hours without sore feet.
Speaking of shoes, I have a few pairs that always felt a little loose around the heel, and I found something to solve the problem. These heel grip cushions work well.
I love using the Libby app to get kindle books from my local library. Sometimes the wait is longer that if I was checking out an actual book, but I don’t mind since they’re free. 😀

Wow… that article on City Alight was incredible!! Thank you so much for including that. I’ve been listening to and enjoying their worship for a while but had no idea all the history behind it.
Your links are fantastic, too! I want those boots and now I’m hungry for pecan pie ☺️.
Thank you, Natalie, this was an awesome read and blessed me today. Congratulations to Tony for winning his election! Xx
I love the Libby app too! How cool that you saw Anne Lamott! I just listened to her on a podcast last week! Happy holidays!
